I am a barrister currently specialising in the area of assets forfeiture law and proceeds of crime matters for defendants.
Qualifications
1990 Bachelor of Commerce Degree - University of Wollongong.
1995 Bachelor of Laws Degree – University of Technology Sydney.
1995 Barrister – admitted in NSW, Western Australia, Queensland, ACT, Northern Territory, Victoria, and the High Court of Australia.

Lectures
I have produced a number of papers and lectured widely in the field of proceeds of crime and asset forfeiture to such organizations as:
The Australian Federal Police, NSW Police, various international law enforcement agencies, AUSTRAC, the College of Law, The Law Society, The Macquarie Graduate School of Business, and to the New Zealand Law Society.
